    In the autumn / winter season, we understand that customers may run into technical difficulties when fitting our product.  So, we offer an Emergency Weekend Technical Support Line.  Before calling, please read the written instructions and watch the DVD or Online instructions.  As you can appreciate, this is only an emergency number for those that really need it for a faulty product etc and Technical Support Operators reserve the right to redirect or terminate calls, to free up the line for those types of emergencies.
