If you experience a technical issue and your warranty has expired after five years, or if you’ve purchased a second-hand unit, we offer an Out of Warranty Repair Service for a following 12 months. If any parts require repair or replacement, our engineers will diagnose the problem and restore your Floë to full working order

We provide a five-year warranty on all Floë products. After this period, or if the unit is purchased second-hand, the warranty will no longer be valid. At Floë, we recognize that issues can arise after the warranty expires, which is why we offer an additional Out of Warranty Repair Service. If a part needs repair or replacement, within 12 months after the warranty expires, our Engineers will diagnose and resolve the issue to get your Floë back in working order.

Please note, this service is not an overhaul but is intended solely to repair faulty components. While this will get your Floë up and running, we recommend considering an upgrade if your unit is over five years old. Just like any machine, parts can wear out over time. Even if not in regular use, seals and lubricants can deteriorate. While we can repair or replace the faulty part, other components may fail later, though it’s impossible to predict when. A helpful tip to prolong your Floë’s life is to turn it on for a brief moment each month (no need to switch off your water). A half second is sufficient.  This simple step will keep the parts lubricated and moving, which helps maintain the longevity of the device.  Machines do like to be used afterall.

In addition to the repair service, we offer a discount on upgrading to a Floë 2nd Generation unit. When reporting a fault, it’s worth asking our technical support agent about this option. This means you’ll have a new Floë in action, while keeping your old unit as a backup or even passing it on to a friend, as it will come with all the necessary parts. We want to ensure you don’t lose confidence in your Floë, especially if you’re far from home and bad weather is approaching.

How do I get my Floe repaired.

1. Call our Technical Support on 028 9247 4040.  We will diagnose the problem over the phone.
2. Purchase the Out of Warranty Repair Service (The agent may do this for you over the phone).
3. Remove Floë from wall, wrap for protection and place in shoe sized box.
4. Include Name, Address, Tel Num and one line explaining the problem,
5. Send your Floë unit to us for repair – Just the box, no airline or additional cables.
6. Post “second class – signed for” without unnecessary insurances.
7. We will repair Floë and send post back within the week. Simple
