Nine Month Returns Policy

Our Nine Month Returns Policy means that, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase through normal use, you can return it in its original condition within nine months of the date you received the item and you will be issued with a full refund.

All products purchased through Third Party Distributors or Retail Shops, should be returned to the place of purchase.  Please make sure you have your original receipt.  The shop should be aware of our nine month returns policy, but to prevent any refund difficulties, please print out this page and bring it with you to the shop as proof.  Make sure to have the shop contact us at 028 9247 4040 and we will reimburse the shop through the appropriate channel.

All products bought directly from us via our website, telephone order, or our exhibition stand, should be sent with appropriate Signed For postage conditions to;

Five Year Parts Warranty Policy

Regardless of where you purchased the product, should the item be defective in any way within a five year period through normal use, we shall repair or replace the damaged or defective item in question.

To return a product for repair or replacement, within the five year period, please enclose one of the following, order email, original receipt, or order number. Please also enclose a letter showing your name, address and contact details, detailing why you have returned the product and what outcome you expect.
